My cousin in law finally got back to me about making an afghan for her daughter! She wants it and will give me yarn money on Saturday.
It’s the cutest hexagon pattern, and the hexies are super quick and easy to make. Yay :)
My morning has been great so far…I just spilled an entire cup of coffee onto my crochet flower workstation. It’s cleaned up now, and thankfully only a couple flowers got wet.
Does that count as the bad part of my day? Does that mean I’ll have an awesome one now?

Every time I see the little Russian babushka dolls I’m reminded of my family who missions in the Ukraine. They gave every niece a set of these at one point in time. Mine sits in the living room and I say a prayer for them every time I glance at it.
